Delicious II

Yummy.





A bit lacking on colour though :(

Ingredients:

Sole fillet
Butter
Salt and pepper
Flour
Lemon
Chives
Parsley

Recipe:

Season some flour with salt and pepper
Coat fillet in flour and shake off excess
Heat a pan big enough to take in the fillet
Melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter
Fry fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until brown
Remove fillet
With the remaining butter add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and some chives (can be added fresh at the end though)
Heat for half a minute, and pour over fillet
Serve with steamed/ roasted vegetables
Garnish with parsley
