Newton Circus hawker centre

Dropped by here when I was in Singapore.

Some of the many stalls around Newton circus:

I think we ordered a dish or two from one of those particular shops.

First we had a portion of hokkien noodles, Singapore style.


And we called for some stingray.

The best dish of the night, very healthy as it was steamed before being smothered in sauce! Unlike the oily grilled variety in Malaysia.

And chilli crab. What a let down, let's just say.

Soaked up with mantou buns, of course.
